Gamm, Inc. offers the following services to their customers:
Some services will be based on eligibility requirements.

Tuition Assistance - for advanced training at an approved vocational/technical institution for one to two years of education.

On-The-Job Training - hands on training for eligible applicants with an approved employer.

Work Experience - private or public work sites used to provide work skills to customers.

Assessment - Measures competency levels and occupational interests.

Basic Computer Training - self-directed instruction in all Learning Labs.

Resume Assistance - help in developing a professional resume.

Basic Employment Skills Training - classes in job seeking, job coping and job retention skills. Designed to help job seekers get and keep a job. Topics include: current job openings, where to find them, tips for creating and using a resume, job application do’s & don’ts and successful interviewing.

AEL/GED Adult Education & Literacy classes. (Please ask for additional information and schedules)

Career Decisions - helps you to make the right choice.

Referral Services - links to other human service providers in the fifteen county service area.


Individuals Seeking Other Assistance Information or Referral is available on the following:
- TAA/NAFTA - Funds are available to workers who lose their jobs or whose work hours have been reduced as a result of increased imports. Workers may receive a variety of services including job training, job search and relocation allowances.
- Veterans Services - Benefits -  First priority referral to jobs and training opportunities for which they qualify.
- Vocational Rehabilitation - Assistance to individuals with physical, mental, and learning conditions with job placement, education and training.
- Experience Works - Job placement, on the job training. (Must be age 55 or older)
- Jobs Corps - Information on training & employment programs to those who qualify. (Between the ages of 16-24)
- Migrant & Seasonal Farm Worker - Classroom training & On-the-Job training. (Must have been employed in migrant or seasonal farm work in the past two years)
- Parents Fair Share - Education, training & job placement for those who qualify. (Must be a non-custodial parent)
- Unemployment Insurance - All unemployment insurance claims in Missouri  are filed by telephone by contacting the Telephone Claims Center at 1-800-320-2519 or by Internet www.moclaim.com.
