Gamm, Incorporated provides financial assistance to applicants in fifteen counties in Northeast Missouri who meet age, residence, and taxable income requirements, and show an "ability to benefit" as evidence by a comprehensive assessment and interview. Participants will receive one-on-one case management and follow-up visits to assist in the identification of barriers or additional resources.

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Program is a year-round service that helps to improve educational achievement for all youth participants and prepares them for success in employment. The programs provides linkages between academic and occupational learning, connection to the job market, and area employers. The WIOA program helps youth to understand the connection between education and careers.
SkillUP is a free program that helps SNAP (Food Stamp) recipients get help with skills, training, and employer connections to get a job (or a better job).
Apprenticeships are a career pathway in which participants obtain paid work experience, classroom instruction, and transferable credentials while employers develop their future workforce. A win-win relationship for both the employer and the employee! There are more than 13,000 apprenticeship opportunities in the State of Missouri.
The Jobs League Program can help teens and young adults ages 14 to 24 get paid on-the-job training that ultimately helps develop the work skills needed to build a career. Jobs League will work with you to find your interests, build your career plan and resume, and match you with a local employer in your occupation of interest.
Participants may work up to 320 hours, earning minimum wage.
